- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If i could rate lower than 1 star I would. Did the mail even run today? I mean the flags have been up all day at my apt complex, that's an indicator that the mail has not run. Mail delivery is lackluster & never on time. When I first moved to Enterprise, you could mark the time each day the mail would be delivered. Not anymore! Other posts about customer service are spot on. There's always a line and never enough people working the front counter. Good luck trying to reach someone on the phone w/your concern. I called the post office and as soon as I got in touch with someone she started off very rude on the phone with me. Y'all need to do better.
